it’s a decent resort.
it’s big. felt safe. specially liked the private pool, was fairly clean and had an amazing view.

Overall a good experience
Food is improved from previous visits. Watersplash/toboganes is a new construction very apreciated.
I complained in reception at 10:30pm that the tv in the room did not work. A technician never came. Elevator at our building didn't work and was never fixed. At check-in you should be presented with the option to reaerve a la carte dinner. Also there should be a variation of snacks and not only hamburgers and tacos all the time.

mattress was due to be change, worn out, pillow was like a bunch of rags in a bag, room was not like i was supposed to have.

The beach, all inclusive, and the activities
We arrived and there was a major fire in one of the hotel rooms. Naturally our room smelled like smoke. There were no towels in the room when we got there and there were also parts of the room that weren’t clean. There was no patio furniture on the balcony area. The activities were in Spanish only.
